Mission Statement

Circle of Hope provides education and support services for uninsured and underinsured individuals with breast cancer, as well as ovarian, cervical, uterine, colon, testicular, prostate and childhood cancers. This mission extends to patients' families and the community.

Vision Statement

Circle of Hope improves the lives of cancer patients and their families by providing education and support services today, so they have a brighter future tomorrow. Financial burdens are devastating to cancer patients and their families. Circle of Hope aims to keep the focus on recovery, not debt, so we provide financial and emotional support that helps to increase our clients' chance of success in their battle with cancer. We help clients access and understand the treatment process and provide financial assistance for medications, co-pays, second opinions, testing and COBRA payments. Additionally, Circle of Hope educates youth and adults on the importance of early detection and ways to lower their risk for cancer.

Circle of Hope is recognized as an important resource for individuals with cancer by Medical Professionals, survivors and their families as well as our community. Community members show their support by contributing monetarily, volunteering and attending our various fundraising events.  This support enables Circle of Hope to expand our reach to the vast amounts of patients and families who need our services.

Honor a loved one who has been affected by cancer.

Circle of Hope holds several fundraising events throughout the year.  In addition, individuals within the community as well as local businesses often host beneficiary events for Circle of Hope.  All proceeds from these events help to further our mission by allowing us to continue to provide assistance to Santa Clarita Valley community members who are diagnosed with cancer.  Individuals are also welcome to attend our monthly support groups to discuss the challenges of dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

Our Partners

Circle of Hope's Board of Directors have voted to expand our services and service area in 2014.  Established in 2004, Circle of Hope, Inc. assists individuals diagnosed with breast cancer in the Santa Clarita Valley. We reach approximately 150 individuals a year and accomplish this without any assistance from the State or Federal Government.  As we celebrate our 10th anniversary we have decided to broaden our services to include: ovarian, cervical, uterine, colon, testicular, prostate and childhood cancers; Continuing to use the same model we’ve used over the past 10 years.  With this change, brings the potential for others.  We are very excited at the prospect of expanding our reach into the San Fernando Valley. With this expansion we would increase our network of helping those in need and establish new fundraising opportunities.  These expansions and others will always be guided by our motto of “making a difference today, for a brighter future tomorrow.”
